2. Nature of PinDomo Platform
PinDomo is an online property discovery and listing platform that helps users browse, post, promote, and enquire about properties. Listings may be posted by owners, builders, sellers, landlords, agents, or authorised representatives. PinDomo does not guarantee that any property will be sold, rented, purchased, leased, or enquired upon.
- PinDomo does not own or control the properties listed by users.
- PinDomo does not independently certify title, ownership, permissions, approvals, RERA details, measurements, prices, availability, or legal status of a property unless expressly stated in writing.
- Any transaction, payment, site visit, negotiation, token amount, advance, rent, lease, or sale is between the concerned parties.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must inform PinDomo immediately.
4. Property Listing Rules
When posting a property, you agree that all information provided is true, current, complete, and lawful. This includes property title, purpose, price, rent, deposit, city, locality, address, maps link, phone number, email, photos, videos, amenities, ownership details, approvals, and possession status.
- Do not post fake, misleading, duplicate, unavailable, illegal, or unauthorised listings.
- Do not upload photos, videos, documents, logos, or content that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not impersonate owners, builders, agents, tenants, buyers, PinDomo staff, or any third party.
- Do not hide material facts such as legal disputes, sold status, occupancy issues, structural issues, or restrictions where applicable.
- Builders, developers, agents, and commercial advertisers must comply with applicable real estate, advertising, consumer protection, tax, and RERA-related obligations wherever applicable.
5. Review, Approval, Removal, and Visibility
PinDomo may review, approve, reject, hide, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or account at its discretion, including where a listing appears incomplete, suspicious, misleading, inactive, reported, or in violation of these terms. Approval of a listing does not mean PinDomo has verified every detail of that listing.
6. User Enquiries and Communication
When you enquire about a property, your contact details may be shared with the listing owner, builder, seller, agent, or relevant service partner so they can respond. You must use contact details obtained through PinDomo only for legitimate property-related communication.
7. Buyer, Tenant, and Visitor Responsibilities
Users must independently verify all property details before making any decision. Before paying any amount or signing any document, you should verify ownership, title, approvals, RERA registration where applicable, identity of the owner or seller, possession status, encumbrances, property condition, pricing, and legal documents through qualified professionals.
8. Payments, Promotions, and Paid Services
PinDomo may offer paid services such as featured listings, spotlight placements, best choice placements, top developer promotions, property reels, advertising slots, or other promotional services. Paid services improve visibility but do not guarantee enquiries, leads, sale, rent, conversion, or business outcome.
9. Fraud, Safety, and Prohibited Activity
You must not use PinDomo for fraud, phishing, spam, illegal brokerage activity, fake payment requests, false documents, discriminatory listings, abusive communication, malware, scraping, automated abuse, or any activity that harms users or the platform. Report suspicious activity at reportafraud@pindomo.com.
10. Intellectual Property
The PinDomo name, logo, design, page layouts, platform features, text, graphics, and branding belong to PinDomo or its licensors. Users may not copy, resell, reproduce, scrape, or misuse platform content except for normal personal use of the website.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, maps, payment gateways, service providers, advertisers, or external content. PinDomo is not responsible for third-party actions, content, terms, privacy practices, or service quality.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
PinDomo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that listings are error-free, uninterrupted, fully verified, always available, or suitable for a user's specific purpose. Users should conduct independent checks before any transaction.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinDomo shall not be liable for losses arising from property transactions, incorrect listings, third-party conduct, payment disputes, fraud by users, delays, service interruptions, lost profits, business losses, or indirect damages.
14. Changes to Terms
PinDomo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
